Can a WhatsApp user turn photos into stickers currently?
As of now, WhatsApp does allow its users to create personalised stickers. But the support is only available for

When will the new feature come?
The feature is currently under development. It is said to be available in a future beta update. “At the moment WhatsApp is not working on the same feature on WhatsApp beta for Android and iOS” the report says.
