NEW DELHI: Tech giant Google recently released the first public beta of its latest operating system —
. Presently, the beta version is available on only Pixel smartphones. However, after the roll out Chinese smartphone maker Oppo announced that by the end of this month it will roll out the beta for its Find X2 series of smartphones and now another smartphone maker has joined the list.

Last year 13 smartphones decided to release the beta version of Android 10. The list included OnePlus, Asus, Huawei, LG, Nokia, Oppo, Realme, Sony, Tecno, Vivo, Xiaomi, and Essential. However, this year the Essential phone will not be there as the company is shut down.
Google claims that the first beta version of Android 11 focuses on three things -- Controls, Privacy, and People. The company also adds that it is the first beta so it could also be buggy.
Recently, Xiaomi launched its latest fitness tracker — Mi Band 5 in China. The device comes with a starting price tag of 189 yuan (Rs 2000). The wearable comes with a 1.2-inch AMOLED display and offers support for more than100 new animation watch faces.
The latest fitness tracker from Xiaomi comes with a new charging dock that attaches magnetically. The device also supports 11 sports modes and has an in-built barometer to check the atmospheric pressure.
