Store offered some good titles this season, Sony also managed to keep with Epic Games in terms of free games. Now,

GOG Galaxy

CD Projekt

, the developer of the game Witcher 3 is offering the PC version of the game for free until June 23. But, there’s a big catch.
The catch for claiming the game is that you have to own

The Witcher

3 on any of the platforms -- Xbox One,

PlayStation 4

Nintendo Switch

. If you own the game on any of these platforms, you can simply download the GOG Galaxy software on PC and claim the PC version of the game without any additional cost. The offer is also applicable, if you already own the PC version of the game. That means you can grab an extra copy of the game and gift it to someone else.
For those unaware, The Witcher 3 was launched back in 2015 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. However, the PC version offers better graphics performance compared to the console version. Back then, the console version offered a limited framerate around 30fps, while the resolution of the game was limited to 720p on the Xbox One and 900p on PlayStation 4. So, this free game offer is giving the console players an opportunity to try this game on PC with its complete potential.
Not only this, the PC version of the game also supports fan-made custom modes that bring several new features and functionality to the game such as better loot from creatures and add-ons.
