The Pokemon Company
is giving users another new way to interact with their favourite Pokemon characters during the ongoing pandemic situation. The Covid-19 spread and lockdown have prevented players from playing the AR games like Pokemon Go, and with its new games, The Pokemon Company is planning to change that.
The developer has launched three games --
Pokemon Cafe Mix
and Pokemon Snap. The first game is available for Android, iOS and Switch, while the Pokemon Snap and Pokemon Smile is only for Switch and Mobiles, respectively.
Pokemon Cafe Mix is a brand new game set to arrive on Android and iOS on June 23. It’s a match-3 puzzle game that lets you build your own cafe with the help of Pokemons. The cafe will have Pokemons as staff as well as customers. Solve the puzzles, sever them from the Pokemon-themed menu and expand the business. It’s a fun-to-play game and free-to-start too. But, there’s going to be in-game purchases.
Pokemon Smile is designed to make brushing teeth fun for kids and is already available on Android and iOS. The AR game uses a front camera to add extra fun while brushing teeth. In this game, kids are supposed to rescue Pokemon from germs by brushing their teeth.
Pokemon Snap is a Switch-exclusive game and brings the classic Nintendo 64 game to the platform. Snap, as the name suggests, is a picture-taking game. But, in this case, players are supposed to capture Pokemon pictures in their natural habitats. Travel as much as you can and click as many photos you can to build your Pokemon Photodex.
