Stronghold: Warlords’ multiplayer allows you to battle enemy AI or your friends. This time, with Warlords, there is a new co-op mode that lets two players control and manage a single kingdom. The game also adds the warlords mechanics with the help of which you would be able to make the foreign empires work for you. This can be achieved either through diplomacy or by military use.
As per the game description on Steam, you can put your chosen warlords “to work for your industry, fortifying borders, forging weapons or team up for a pincer attack! Each campaign mission, skirmish game and multiplayer battle means a fresh set of warlords to command and new strategic depth to discover.”
