A throw blanket, an aesthetically pleasing (and smelling) candle, or a catch-all tray to neatly house bits and bobs help to add a bit of atmosphere to your home. These small items can make a big impact in our spaces, and with so many of our hours spent at home, Diane von Furstenberg’s new home collaboration with H&M Home, which launches today, couldn’t have come at a better time.

Home is no longer a transient space, even for the busiest of people. To that end, tending to our interiors feels more pertinent than ever, no longer an I’ll-get-to-it-later item on a to-do list. The easiest way to make our homes feel more put together without an entire overhaul? Introduce into your space minor decor upgrades like, say, a boldly speckled vase from the DVF x H&M collection.

While the project began in the pre-Covid days of summer 2019, von Furstenberg tells Vogue, “I was confined at home when I approved the samples and when we photographed them… it turned out that the timing was perfect as we all want our homes to be as beautiful as possible!”

The collection consists of decor accents like throw blankets and pillows, trays, candles, and vases all splashed with von Furstenberg’s signature orange and pink color play and graphic prints. “I picked two very signature black and white prints as well as our very signature orange and pink combo and applied them on trays, espresso cups and saucers, blankets, vases, candles, and other items that are functional and elegant,” von Furstenberg says.

The prices for this collection are an added bonus, with nothing over $200. “Working with them has been great...I was impressed with the quality,” said Diane von Furstenberg. Here, shop pieces from the new collection.
