Saudi Arabia’s Health Ministry has announced on Thursday that the 937 Call Center received 2,442,010 calls in August 2020, through which several services were provided.
The ministry stated that August witnessed an unprecedented achievement in the work of 937 Call Center, as it achieved a record in responding to the calls of beneficiaries.
The number of the received calls exceeded more than 100,000 calls in one day, which lasted for several days during the month.
The Center is operated by more than 3,000 customer service specialists and doctors. It also provides several services including medical consulting, appointment reservation at primary healthcare centers, anti-smoking clinic appointments, and technical support for MOH e-applications.
The 937 Call Center works around the clock through its various channels.
