Just last week, there were reports about the models and their respective prices of the upcoming
Samsung Galaxy Watch 3
and now, the company has made live the support page in India for its next wearable product.
As per a report by Sammobile, two support pages — with model numbers SM-R845F and SM-R850 — are now live on Samsung India’s website. While the former is the model number of the 45mm of the Galaxy Watch 3, the latter is the model number for the 41mm size of the smartwatch.
The support pages of the two models of the Galaxy Watch 3 listed on Samsung India’s website do not reveal anything about the upcoming device. However, they do confirm that it will come to India at the time of its launch, which recently has been tipped to be August 5.
Apart from the size, rumours have suggested that there will be variants in terms of the build as buyers will get to choose between Titanium and Stainless Steel versions. Also, there will be connectivity options too as the company is expected to launch both LTE and Bluetooth variants of the Galaxy Watch 3.
Last week, tipster Evan Blass claimed that there will be a total of 9 models that we may see of the Galaxy Watch 3 — all of which will be priced $400 and $600.
Previous rumours have suggested that the Galaxy Watch 3 may offer a Super AMOLED display and offer Gorilla Glass DX layer on top. It is expected to be IP68 rated making it dust and waterproof. The device is said to be running on Tizen OS 5.5 operating system and offer 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. While the 45mm version of the watch is expected to offer 1.4-inch screen and be backed by a 340mAh battery, the 41mm version f the watch is rumoured to offer 1.2-inch screen and be backed by a 247mAh battery.
