NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker
is all set to launch its new smartphone. The company CMO Xu Qi Chase has posted an offline teaser of the upcoming smartphone --Realme Q2 online. The smartphone is expected to launch in China soon but the company has not yet revealed any launch date till now.
As per the teaser images posted online, the smartphone will feature a light gray leather panel on the back. The leather rear panel also comes embedded with the tagline of the company 'Dare to Leap'. The images also reveal the smartphone will come with a quad-rear camera setup which will comprise a 48MP main sensor.
The rear panel does not house a fingerprint sensor, this means that the company will incorporate an in-display fingerprint sensor in the device. The image also highlights the position of power button volume rocker keys. The power button will be placed on the right, while the volume control keys are located on the left side of the smartphone.
It is expected that the company might launch the Relame Q2 and
Pro smartphones. Going by the past record of the company, it is also possible that Relame might bring both the smartphones to India as well.
Recently, Realme launched its budget smartphone
in India. The smartphone comes with a starting price tag of Rs 11,999. The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor paired with Adreno 610 GPU. The smartphone sports a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 720x1600 pixel resolution with 90Hz refresh rate. The display is made scratch resistant with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass on top.
Realme 7i comes with dual SIM functionality and runs Android 10 operating system topped with the company's own Realme UI.
