at this point, however, last week, Pete Lau, the CEO of OnePlus, in a forum post shed some light on the ‘mid-range segment TV.’
“By optimizing the internal design, we got rid of the conventional four-sided frame and covered the entire front with a sheet of matte black glass. When the screen is dark, it fades into the background of your room, and never calls attention to itself,” said Lau.
Further, the TVs are said to offer a minimal-bezel design with a screen-to-body ratio of up to 95% which he said is among the highest at this price point.
The smartTVs are made out of a special aluminium alloy process and are 6.9mm thin at its thinnest part.
Also, last week, the company started taking pre-booking orders for the upcoming range on Amazon India website. Interested buyers of the upcoming

can purchase the 2-year extended warranty worth up to Rs 3,000 at Rs 1,000 till July 2, which is the date of the launch.
