As per a report by The Verge, Microsoft has sent an “internal guidance” to its employees explaining that they can either opt for work from home for “less than 50% of their working week” or can even get approvals from their manager to work remotely forever. However, a lot depends on the role of employee and not everyone will be able to take the work from home forever.
