has unveiled two new laptops as part of its thin and light Swift series. The company has launched
Acer Swift 3
and Acer Swift 5. Both the laptops are powered by the latest
11th generation Core processors and Intel's Iris Xe graphics. The Acer Swift 3 comes with a starting price tag of $799.99 (Approx. Rs. 58,682), whereas the price of
Acer Swift 5
starts at $999.99 (Approx. Rs. 73,353).
The Acer Swift 5 has been verified as an Intel Evo platform notebook design. This means that the laptop comes with features like instant wake, vibrant display, Intel Iris Xe graphics and all day battery. The laptop comes with a 14-inch display with peak brightness of 340 nits and weighs 1Kg. The display is protected with a coating of antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass.
The Acer Swift 5 is powered by the 11th generation Intel Core i5 and Intel Core i7 processor. The company claims that the laptop can deliver up to 17 hours of battery backup on a single charge.
On the other hand, the Acer Swift 3 sports a 13.5-inch display with 2256 x 1504 pixel resolution and 3:2 aspect ratio. The laptop is also powered by 11th generation Intel Core i5 and Intel Core i7 processor. The device packs up to 16GB of RAM and offers support for WiFi 6. The laptop also comes with Windows Hello via a fingerprint reader.
Apart from these two, Acer also announced the Acer Spin 7 laptop. The device comes with a full HD IPS display and runs Windows 10 Pro operating system. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 5G processor which also includes the Snapdragon X55 5G Modem-RF system. The device weighs 1.4kg and it comes with Acer Active Stylus.
